  My experience with RVO was beyond disappointing. Simon from RVO cancelled last minute a previously arranged equipment demonstration. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue, however, I am an interstate customer. I had flights, accommodation and car hire booked for 2 of my employees.
  
  When I expressed my concern and explained my out-of-pocket expenses, Simon simply stated that I wasn't worth as much as the $M dollar customer that they were jumping hoops to to please. I'm surprised, that arriving with a budget of 50K that I would be dismissed and indirectly told as a worthless customer.
  
  When my business partner called to negotiate a solution, Simon threatened him, refused to refund out of pocket expenses and when we pressured him to be accountable for his actions, he simply hung up. The only solution that Simon was prepared to offer was for us to rebook a demonstration, and he would "consider" reimbursing our travel expenses if we purchased not only the machine we originally want to do buy, but a second piece of equipment.
  
  To add to the disappointment, I've been advised from a reputable source that the price I've been quote for the machine was much too high.
  
  I'm amazed how a company like RVO can be so short sighted. My company is one of the fastest growing bakeries in my city. If they treated me with an ounce of respect we could of had a prosperous working relationship together. If you're a balding middle age man then head to RVO to join the boys club. If you're a young woman looking to spend less than a "measly" $100K, don't waste your time, they won't take you seriously.
